You’re hungry, aren’t you?
The weather isn’t very nice today, is it?
You’re hungry, aren’t you?
The weather isn’t nice, is it?
1. question tags
Negative sentence, + Affirmative question tag
You aren’t American, are you?
Sandra can’t ski, can she?
It isn’t very warm, is it?
David hasn’t got a car, has he?
Positive sentence, + Negative question tag
You are British, aren’t you?
Sandra can skate, can’t she?
Tony has got a new car, hasn’t he?
There was a mistake, wasn’t there?
Present simple
You work in that shop, don’t you?
Sandra lives here, doesn’t she?
Tom doesn’t work in that company, does he?
You don’t study every day, do you?
You worked in that company, didn’t you?
Mark went to America, didn’t he?
You didn’t go to work yesterday, did you?
Your horse didn’t win, did it?
4. ประโยคที่มีประธานจำพวก “everybody, somebody, everyone, anyone, nobody, anybody, everything, something, no one, etc.” ใน Question-tags ใช้ Special Finites + they ?
She scarcely seems to care, does she?
He rarely comes here, does he?
I sheldom got asleep, did I?
Few students can solve the problem, can they?
They hardly spoke to anyone, did they?
I have never told a lie, have I?
I have never been there, have I?
He has never stayed here, has he?
Open the door, will you?
Shut the window, will you?
Stop laughing at me, will you?
………, shall we? แต่ถ้าประโยคขึ้นต้นด้วย Let me/him/her ใน Question Tag จะเป็น will you?
Let’s go for a walk, shall we?
Let’s go to church, shall we?
Let me tell you, will you?
Let him touch it, will you?
She said he was coming to see you next week, didn’t she?
If your friend is in trouble, you should help, him, shouldn’t you?
